Vishnu
Vishnu is our ‘Ayurvedic Angel’ sent to guide you on your healing journey!
He trained under the highly regarded guidance of Nandan Master, an Ayurvedic Therapist based in Kerala, India.

His nurtured passion started from massaging his family from a young age; his aunties' tired feet, an indian head massage for his father after a long day at work. He came to understand his act of pure love and care is at the core of his approach today.

His gentle nature allows you to open up on deeper energetic levels to activate transformative levels of healing. As an experienced meditator, he uses energy work and his higher power connective abilities to create deep, profound healing, for his clients. You can experience these elevated states too.
Dedicated to detail he uses his intuition to find the knots and tightness, to relieve you of your mental, emotional and physical stress.
In short; This is deep tissue body work, emotional support and energy releasing all in one holistic session.
Steffy (Fountain of You -Founder/Therapist): “
My sister asks me playfully, ‘who massages the Masseuse?
Who do I trust with my body that I know can achieve the advanced healing that I need?
Vishnu is my chosen Therapist - and believe me I'm picky!
His understanding of stress and trauma in the body and how to release this, is the most effective form of therapy I have received, and guides me to be the best version of myself in all aspects of my life. Thank you Vishnu.
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM)
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM) is a versatile therapy born from the fusion of Ayurvedic massage and Iyengar yoga by Master Kusum Modak. AYM adapts to clients' changing needs for dynamic or soothing sessions, aiming for centeredness and energy flow. This involves oil massage, stretches, and tractions, similar to sports massage or physiotherapy, addressing both physical and mental well-being.

AYM creates a secure, nurturing space, encouraging relaxation and deep breathing. It eases muscle tension, promotes joint mobility, and reduces stress by engaging the nervous system. Sessions can target injuries but focus holistically on the interconnected body.

Regular AYM enhances overall well-being, embodying "prevention is better than cure." This approach positively impacts personal, relational, and professional realms, fostering holistic wellness.

AYM blends deep tissue oil massage with assisted yoga stretches, tractions, and mobilisations, adapting uniquely to individual needs.

Chavutti Thirumal Massage
Chavutti Thirumal Massage originates in Kerala, South India, and was developed for maintaining suppleness in the body, and for treating pain and swelling caused by combat. It is however, equally suitable as a treatment for those not involved in regular or strenuous physical exercise and wishing to maintain their own fitness and well being.

Chavutti is based on the precise knowledge of the body”s energetic channels “nadis” or the meridian lines. Using the feet gives the feeling that tension is being gently ironed out. Receiving this bodywork is not only relaxing for the soft tissue in the body, it also can be rejuvenating and energising.
